Terms & Community Rules
These are the rules for using Bigzo. They mirror the terms you accept in the app — if the two ever disagree, the version in the app at the time you accepted is the one that binds you.
1. Who can use Bigzo
Bigzo is for adults only. You must be 18 or older. Your date of birth is checked at sign-up and enforced on our servers. Misrepresenting your age ends the account immediately.
2. Content rules — no nudity
Nudity and sexually explicit imagery are not allowed on Bigzo. Anywhere. That means profile photos, photos sent in chat, and photos in private albums — whether or not the person receiving them agreed to it. Private does not mean exempt.
Also prohibited:
- Any sexual content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor.
- Content shared without the consent of the people shown in it.
- Escort services or other paid sexual services.
- Using someone else's photos as your own.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, and spam.
We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible. Illegal content is reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Reporting
Every profile and conversation has report and block. Reports go to a moderation queue with a defined response time; severe categories (anything involving a minor, non-consensual content, or illegal activity) are prioritised. Blocking is instant, works in both directions, and immediately cuts that person's access to your private albums and your location.
4. Your location
Bigzo never gives another user your exact coordinates. Others see a distance, which you can hide. Live location sharing is off unless you turn it on for one specific person, is coarsened to about 50 metres, and can be stopped at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
5. AI companions
Some accounts on Bigzo are AI companions operated by us. Every one of them says so in its profile. We will never present an AI account as a real person.
6. Your account
You are responsible for your account and the content you put on it. You can delete your account at any time.
7. Changes
When these rules change materially we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version.
